Oral Health Check-up Camp at Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Mirzapur

Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

To ensure good health for our school children, a free Oral Health Check-up Camp was organised at Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Mirzapur, on 22nd and 23rd July, 2022, under the supervision of Dr. Shubra Singh (BDS,MDS,Root Canal Specialist), Dr.Rinki Srivastava (BDS), Dr.Umesh Kumar Srivastava (MD Physician)and Dr. Neha Dubey (BDS, MDSPedodontist).

Given the current high incidence of oral disorders among Primary, Junior and Senior High School students, it is very important to improve the knowledge and awareness of students and parents on oral health and hygiene which serves as an important channel for controlling and maintaining oral health in schools. The aim of the camp was to create awareness about health among school students and parents. A health card was also provided to the children, which enabled the doctors to fill up medical information and put up a consolidated health profile of children in the school.

In the future, the school also aims to conduct health check-up camps to address the health problems of the students and take action towards improving their health.
